It’s Been Awhile…

Yes, it has been awhile since I’ve posted and my apologies about that. I’ve been busy growing, evolving, learning, and growing (even more) Cove Essentials this past year.

During this time Cove Essentials has opened up an online store, participated in online markets, and now my products are being carried in retail locations in the lower mainland (home).

So I wanted to share with you where you can find Cove Essentials products, and a welcome back, easy DIY recipe that you can try out this long weekend.

I hope to see you around, and I look forward to hearing from you too.

Cheers,

Heather

🌸 Pick Your Flower 🌸

Power to the Flowers! Floral essential oils offer a bouquet of health and beauty benefits from balancing moods to improving the appearance of your skin. Floral essential oils are often used in perfumes to create a calming and uplifting atmosphere. Pick your flowers and create a beautiful experience.

CLARY SAGE – nicknamed “clear eyes” perfect for vision and clarity. Clary sage is known for balancing feminine support and has a musky, pungent scent. Clary Sage encourages individuals to remain open to new ideas and new perspectives. Try applying 1-2 drops across your forehead before creating your vision board or apply 2-3 drops over your abdomen during your menstrual cycle.

GERANIUM – with a similar scent to rose this essential oil is gentle, soothing and uplifting and promotes calm feelings. Geranium emotionally supports the heart, instills unconditional love and fosters trust. Combine 3-4 drops with Fractionated Coconut Oil for a sensual massage with your partner.

JASMINE – has an intoxicating, erotic scent. Jasime also is known as “Yasmin”, which means “gift from the god” and can be used as an aphrodisiac which inspires confidence and self-acceptance. Add 3-4 drops to a nice hot soak.

LAVENDER – is a well-loved floral oil that is commonly used to promote a sense of balance, relaxation, sleep, and calm feelings of anxiousness. Emotionally, Lavender aids verbal expression, calming the mind and encourages emotional honesty for speaking one’s truth. Add a few drops of lavender to your pillows, bedding or diffuser for a restful nights sleep

MAGNOLIA – has a beautiful, sweet scent but don’t let the sweet smell fool you. While seeming innocent, Magnolia offers courage and strength when you need it. Emotionally, Magnolia offers compassion for life’s lessons while reminding us to live in harmony and love.

NEROLI – sweet, crisp floral that provides a calming, uplifting scent. Emotionally, Neroli is a stabilizing oil especially in calming troubled hearts in relationship with conflict. Apply over your heart when you feel confused about a relationship.

ROSE – a potent, calming floral oil that literally fills a room with love. Rose oil holds a higher vibration than any other essential oil. Rose is a healer of the heart and invites us to embrace unconditional love and acceptance. Place 1-2 drops over your heart when you’re feeling sad or lonely.

YLANG YLANG – a sweet, fruity floral essential oil that is uplifting, calming and can also be used as an aphrodisiac. Emotionally, Ylang Ylang reminds us to be playful and young at heart. It assists us in accessing our intuition or “heart knowing” and reminds to release emotional trauma from the past. Diffuse 2-4 drops for a positive outlook.
